Glilot

The “Glilot” plan is a significant initiative aimed at establishing a mixed-use quarter in the urban areas of Ramat HaSharon and Tel Aviv-Jaffa. The plan proposes the construction of approximately 16,800 housing units, including specialized housing, affordable housing, and apartments of various sizes.

As part of the deposit of TAMAL 3007, the rights allocated to each landowner will be definitively determined. In accordance with the plan (design and development plans), building permits will be issued accordingly.

Our office is engaging and assisting a wide group of land rights holders within the designated areas, addressing all stages of planning and their integration into a group to determine who will be the partners on each plot. The legally binding approach will help prevent future partition lawsuits and ensure the progression of the plan optimally
