Herzliya Blue Beach

The Blue Beach Plan is an official outline for establishing an urban district in the southwest of Herzliya, covering approximately 2,000 dunams. This plan has been approved by a district committee and provides guidelines for development.

Approved by the district committee in 2022, the plan is crucial since it involves one of the last municipal land reserves in Herzliya. It serves as a framework for creating an urban district that will encompass approximately 12,500 housing units, along with commercial and office spaces, hotels, and public amenities like a shopping center and a beach park.

Furthermore, the plan includes the establishment of three complexes for uniting and dividing areas, each consisting of thousands of housing units as well as hotels and commercial spaces.

It’s important to note that the current plan does not encompass provisions for consolidation and division, which will be detailed in the upcoming plans derived from this initial one.

This land is predominantly privately owned.

Our office represents multiple rights holders in the designated plan area, providing professional support from initial approval of the detailed plan to the optimal allocation of rights. Subsequently, we guide property owners in realizing their preferences while striving to closely align with their wishes.

Notably, we consolidate clients prior to detailed plan approval, thereby facilitating the future exercise of their rights and preventing potential sales through partnership liquidation procedures.
