The New Central Station in Tel Aviv:

Our firm represents numerous rights holders in the new central station in Tel Aviv. This representation encompasses aspects of planning, administrative and commercial law, as well as debt claims in freezing proceedings. Our aim is to safeguard their rights until they receive appropriate consideration within the complex. This process occurs subsequent to the relocation of the central station to an alternate site and the establishment of a profitable construction project.

Our representation covers both planning law and proprietary protection of the owner’s rights.

Additionally, our office manages debt claims to secure the rights of store owners during the sale procedures of the central station within the freezing procedures. This effort resulted in the acquisition of financial compensation exceeding NIS 30,000,000.

Presently, we are advancing procedures for the station’s evacuation and the subsequent development of a building complex aligned with Tel Aviv’s outline plan. This involves addressing evacuation concerns, the proximity of the metro and light rail, and the significant challenge this poses for the State of Israel and the Tel Aviv municipality in the forthcoming decade.
