Yarkon Complex – Petah Tikva

The firm supports numerous rights holders in advancing planning procedures for the land located north of Petah Tikva, near Nahal Yarkon and the Segula industrial area, bordering Highway 5.

The vast complex spans over 5,000 dunams, with approximately half expected to undergo consolidation and division procedures. These will allocate rights for constructing thousands of housing units and hundreds of thousands of square meters for employment, commerce, public buildings, along with extensive green spaces and parks for the city’s benefit.

Our representation spans many years, managing planning procedures and rights protection. We object to plans (e.g., Highway 40 expansion, Israel Railways plan, metro plan), and post-planning, we handle construction within the complex and compensate those affected by demolitions or zoning changes.
