Complex 410 “Hayam Park,” Bat Yam

Our office serves as the liquidator for various companies holding land in the southwest of Bat Yam.

We facilitated the planning process of city building plan B/410, which approved approximately 4,028 units and numerous hotel rooms for the complex. Furthermore, our office represents owners with rights to approximately 1,200 units within the complex. 

In addition to advancing the city building plan that enhanced the land, we managed the dissolution of real estate associations owning a significant portion of the complex. Throughout the dissolution process, we successfully transferred the land to shareholders, handling diverse shareholders and addressing tax matters for both the local authority and real estate taxation authorities. 

Our office continues to guide large groups of landowners within the complex, initiating transactions for their assigned lot(s), including combined transactions and orders for construction services. Partnership agreements have been prepared to facilitate cooperation among partners, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each party. Construction is already underway for some buildings.
